Damian is the Chairman of Corporate Board Services (CBS).

He has a passion for developing new businesses by bringing together high-quality people, new projects and the capital required to fund the strategy. He has a background in finance, law and governance and has been an Executive Director of ASX listed companies since 2003. During this time, Damian has participated in numerous capital raisings and corporate actions both domestically and internationally.

Damian holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of Western Australia, is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia, holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from FINSIA, a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice from Chartered Secretaries Australia and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mindy is the Managing Director of Corporate Board Services (CBS).

She has over 15 years’ international experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, management accounting, compliance reporting, board reporting, company secretarial services and office management across multiple jurisdictions (Australia, Malaysia, UK, Sweden and Norway) including ASX listed companies, public and private companies.

Mindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing from University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, is a Member of Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) Australia and a Fellow Member of the Governance Institute of Australia (GIA).

Cindy has worked with commercial corporations in various accounting roles. In the last 16 years’, her emphasis has been on Small Medium Enterprise (SME) with a keen interest on information systems. Cindy has helped small businesses with system improvements and process automation, assisting clients with day-to-day practice sustainability.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Information System) from Curtin University, is a Member of CPA Australia and a Registered Tax Agent.

Sin Yi has 20 years’ experience in audit, accounting and financial reporting in Australia and Malaysia including public and private companies, ASX listed companies, and not-for-profit organisations.

Sin Yi holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK.

Grace has over 3 years’ experience working in accounting and audit. Prior to her shift in career, she has 8 years’ experience working in sales and marketing in Singapore, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom (UK). Her experience includes audit preparation, financial reporting and bookkeeping.

Grace graduated with first-class honours in chemical engineering from the University of Adelaide and earned her Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) certification in the UK.

Sharene has over 15 years’ experience in numerous executive assistance, management and support roles with key focus in board reporting, company secretarial and office management in commercial companies across multiple jurisdiction. She has a strong and meticulous ability in managing and ensuring smooth office operations, administrative duties and strong client relations in an organised, efficient and professional manner.

Sharene holds a Certificate of Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, and a Diploma in Business from Systematic Business Training Centre, Malaysia.
